• Additional Support – While our main focus is Canadian immigration, we may offer guidance on education, business, and settlement services. Any such information is general in nature.

You agree to provide clear instructions regarding the services you require and notify us of any special requests. We cannot accept instructions that are illegal or unethical.

Free Online Assessment

We offer a Free Online Assessment for skilled migration and other Canadian visa pathways. This preliminary assessment is indicative only. For a realistic evaluation of your eligibility, we recommend using one of our personalized immigration services.

Payment of Services

• Fees for services are non-refundable and exclusive of government fees, medical tests, language tests, or other costs associated with immigration applications.

• Payments indicate that you have engaged our services.

• Prices may change at any time, but existing client agreements will be honored according to the agreed terms.

• Increases in government fees during the course of your application must be paid by the client.

Visa Guarantee

We provide services ethically and professionally but cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The accuracy of our advice depends on the information you provide; incorrect or incomplete information may affect your application.

Provision of Information

You agree to provide all requested information and documents promptly. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of our advice. If you are unable to provide certain documents, you must notify us immediately so we can make alternative arrangements.
